Our School
Big Dipper Boxing & Wellness was founded by Sifu Moseley in 2020 upon the retirement of our esteemed Grandmaster Philipman Chow. While we mainly practice traditional Chinese Kung Fu, we offer a variety of programs designed to support students in their martial arts journey.
Our classes promote fitness, discipline, and self-confidence, all within the framework of traditional martial arts adapted for modern times.

Shifu Lendale Moseley- Chief Instructor
Sifu Lendale Moseley is the passionate and dedicated Chief Instructor at Big Dipper Boxing & Wellness. With nearly two decades of martial arts experience, Sifu Moseley specializes in the traditional art of Praying Mantis Kung Fu. He began his journey in 2006 under the guidance of the esteemed Grandmaster Phillipman Chow, a direct student of the legendary “Mantis King” Wong Hon Fan of the JingWu Athletic Association. As a 9th-generation practitioner, Sifu Moseley carries forward a deep understanding of the techniques and philosophies that make Praying Mantis style unique.
Known for his patient and thorough teaching approach, Sifu Moseley is committed to helping students not only master the art but also experience personal growth and resilience. His passion lies in bridging the gap between traditional martial arts and modern applications, offering students an authentic path to strength, confidence, and well-being.
